Bard of Scotland Robert Burns, 1759-1796 penned this text in 1783. The River Doon flows from Loch Doon to the Firth of Clyde in Ayrshire, Scotland. The photo on the back cover of this CD shows Nate and Beth Folkemer standing on the bridge over this river (the Brig o' Doon), in Ayr, during their 2008 visit. (Photo by Pete Heywood)
